Basic Party Options

Pony Party: Pony Parties are aimed towards our younger horse lovers. For a pony party, CCEC provides one horse that a staff member leads and party-goers take turns making their horse dreams a reality!

What’s Included: Use of our facility, one horse or pony, staff members, Up to 15 children.

Length: 2 hours

Cost: $375 (Additional $20/person over 15)

Giddy Up Party: for children ages 8 and up, this party is perfect for those who like to do more than just mosey around! For up to 10 children, each party-goer has the opportunity to ride their own horse, and learn about all the aspects of horseback riding! Each child learns to groom and tack their own horse, and then receives a riding lesson with one of our experienced riding instructors.

What’s Included: Use of our facility, Horses for up to 10 children, staff members.

Length: 2 hours

Cost: $475 (Additional $50/person over 10 including birthday boy/girl)

Unicorn Party: Our most popular party choice, Unicorn Parties are all-inclusive (excluding food). We provide everything you need for a magical experience! Unicorns are rare, but we are lucky enough to have one here at CCEC and she loves taking our party-goers on Magical Unicorn Rides!

What’s Included: Use of our facility, One Horse or Pony, staff members, themed decorations (One Theme), craft, plus any additional options you choose! (Costs for additional options vary). Up to 20 children.

Please be sure to have your date confirmed with Elise, and a Birthday Party Contract on file with our office prior to issuing any payment.

$150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and time of your party. Balance is due at the time of the party. 3% processing fee added to all payments made by credit card. Payment can also be made by cash, ACH, or check made payable to Cape Cod Equestrian Center.
